Patrick J. Saccocio is a founding member of Parisi, Coan & Saccocio, PLLC and has been a practicing attorney since 1989. Patrick heads the firm’s Title IX practice. Patrick practices in the areas of Title IX student misconduct defense, domestic/dating violence criminal defense, and Title VII employment discrimination defense.
Prior to entering private practice, Patrick was an Assistant District Attorney with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

Education
Patrick graduated from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1988. Prior to attending law school, Patrick attended the State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Patrick is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. Northern District of New York, the state of Arizona, the state of Texas, state of Massachusetts, and the state of California.
Patrick has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who as a Top Lawyer and by Lawyers of Distinction in the field of Title IX law.
