John R. Saccocio is an attorney with over 30 years’ experience and is Special Counsel to the law firm of Parisi, Coan & Saccocio, PLLC, working on matters that pertain to the firm’s Title IX practice area. John has focused his practice on labor and employment law issues. John has represented public sector unions and their members on a wide range of employment law issues, including disciplinary proceedings, improper employer practices, litigation, collective bargaining, and contract grievances. John has extensive experience representing individuals charged with employment misconduct in contested arbitrations.
John assists in all matters associated with the firm’s Title IX practice, with a concentration on providing advisor services for university faculty and staff charged with Title IX violations.

Education
John graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 1988. Prior to attending law school John graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
John is admitted to practice law in New York State, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.
